Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age >18 years ALP, AST, ALT 150,000 and WBC > 4,000 receiving chemotherapy regimen containing oxaliplatin (FOLFOX) Absence of peripheral neuropathy at the beginning of the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having uncontrolled blood pressure Taking monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAO-I) drugs at the same time or with an interval of 2 weeks Patients receiving linezolid antibiotic Patients receiving SSRI and SNRI drugs Presence of peripheral neuropathy with other causes (diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, seizure disorder, vitamin B12 deficiency, alcohol abuse and previous history of chemotherapy, etc.) Patients receiving other medications that reduce neuropathy symptoms: antidepressants, anticonvulsants, vitamin (E), glutamine, gabapentin, duloxetine, carbamazepine, phenytoin, valproic acid, lamotrigine, capsaicin cream, lidocaine gel or skin patch, amifostine External factors affecting the quality of life such as the death of first-degree relatives, dismissal from the work environment, unexpected accidents and change of residence.
