Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: receiving curcumin 80 milligrams (Exir nano sina company) every day for 2 weeks and H. pylori standard treatment:(amoxicillin (Farabi company) 1 gram BID for 2 week

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age over 18 years having gastrointestinal symptoms positive stool antigen test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: previous history of treatment for Helicobacter Pylori eradication pregnancy and breastfeeding history of upper stomach and intestine sugery gastric cancer renal or hepatic failure history of recent antibiotic use in last four weeks

Sever indigestion symptoms. Timepoint: before the intervention and 4 weeks after ending of intervention. Method of measurement: by Hong Kong dyspepsia index.;Positive stool antigen test.
