Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: their willingness to participate in research; hospital directors including the chairman of the hospital, the hospital's deputy, the head of human resources, head of logistics, chief Medical Equipment, chief moderator, all supervisors and head nurses; at least 3 year experience in the management hospital, at least bachelor Exclusion criteria: The lack of management, lack of desire to participate in research
