Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group:The intervention group consisted of 127 obese and overweight people referred to nutrition clinic and hospitals who will receive weight loss diet and adult education.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having a sexually stable spouse more than 6 months before the study no pregnancy no known sexual problems with yourself and spouse (premature ejaculation, impotence ...) history or problem psychology affect on libido cardiovascular problems recent 6 months central nervous system disease history of pelvic and breast surgeries use of antiepileptic drugs, lithium or any other herbal medicine or dietary supplements With sexual function alcohol and alcohol abuse, having no spouse or partner during the study at least 6 months postpartum The age of study was between 20 and 60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People who used sex enhancer drugs during the study to increase their sexual ability, , , , avoidance of spouse for various reasons history or presence of trauma and sexual assault history or endocrine diseases affecting sexual function ( diabetes and hypertension , Hepatitis ...) Kidney Disease or Urinary Tract Infection In the last 6 months there have been cervical, myoma and Vaginismus cancers.

MeasureTime frame
Mean Sexual Health Score Changes. Timepoint: Before the study, three months after the intervention. Method of measurement: Arizona Sexual Experiences Questionnaire.

Changes in body mass. Timepoint: Before the intervention - After the intervention. Method of measurement: Using the formula of body mass index.;Change the amount of muscle.
