Spondylolisthesis grade 1. Dislocation, sprain and strain of joints and ligaments of lumbar spine and pelvis

Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: abdominal hallowing in crook lying position
abdominal hallowing in prone position
multifidus training
abdominal hallowing in sitting position
abdominal hallowing in standing position
abdominal hallowing with bridging
abdominal hallowing with squatting
abdominal hallowing in supine position with limb movement
abdominal hallowing in sitting position with limb movement
abdominal hallowing in standing position with limb movement Details: Patients will be visited in the clinic twice a week for eight weeks
each session there is an exercise for the patient to be taught and be added to the previous exercises
each exercise should be done ten times a day
electrotherapy includes 20 minutes of high-frequency TENS with hot pack, as well as lifestyle education for both group will be done. Intervention 2: Control group: single knee to chest
double knee to chest
hip flexors stretch
hamstring stretch
heel slide
partial curl up

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: men and women aged 25 to 59 years radiological detection of L4-L5 or L5-S1 segment spondylolisthesis grade one suffering from back pain with or without leg pain that lasts more than three months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Psychological diseases with doctor diagnosis history of spine surgery history of exercise therapy for lower back in the last three months pregnancy systemic inflammatory diseases nervous system diseases lack of cooperation, lack of motivation and dissatisfaction orthopedic disorders of the lower extremities and spine professional athletes Body mass index higher than 35 and lower than 18
