Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Have at least a bachelor's degree; continuity with regard to the duration of the study; the Persian language; nurses to participate in the research; passing retrained health assessment and elapse time of employment of nurses in the pediatric ward were at least three months. Exclusion criteria: The absence of nurses empowerment meetings.
