Intervention 1: Intervention group: 400 mg ibuprofen intravenous injection in recovery which will be repeated on hours 1, 6, 12, 18 after surgery in addition to 15 ug/ml fentanyl pain pump. Interventi

Control group: bolus 15 ug/ml fentanyl pain pump

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: patients aged 20-60 years; candidate for open appendectomy or inguinal hernioplasty surgery. Exclusion criteria: underlying disease; gastrointestinal disease; opioid allergy; NSAID allergy; drug addiction, refusal of patients to consent for participating in the study
