Intervention 1: Chamomile ointment 3% in combination with routine treatment (combination of hydrocortisone, zinc oxide and colutrimazole ointment)
Intervention 2: Applying Aloe Vera 95% Powder in a Group with Routine Therapy (Combination of Hydrocortisone, Zinc Oxide and Cholitrimazole Ointment)
Intervention 3: Apply routine treatment in the other group

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: Children less than 2 years age; Use disposable diapers; Without immune system disorders; Do not receive immunosuppressive drugs; without severe Infectious disease;without certain Food allergies and sensitive skin. Exclusion criteria:Dont use Other drugs to improve their diaper dermatitis; Allergy or sensitivity to aloe vera and chamomile; Have a positive stool culture.
