18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Undergoing elective, non-emergency surgery Ability to communicate verbally Ability to read and write No history of anxiety or psychological disorders No previous history of general surgery Not using medications affecting physiological indices or anxiety Age between 18 and 60 years No hearing impairment Not using hearing aids or assistive hearing devices Hospitalized at least one day prior to surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of willingness to continue participation in the study Presence of pain exceeding 3 out of 10
