Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Being interested and having a high motivation to speak in response to interview questions Having high knowledge in the field of research questions according to the information obtained from previous interviews Completing a written consent form to participate in the study A score above the average level of job stress department workers operational
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Lack of knowledge and lack of appropriate information in the field of research questions Unwillingness to participate in further research Unwillingness to participate in the study at any stage of the intervention Interference between working hours and training hours Taking drugs that affect the level of the hormone cortisol

| The degree of promotion of safe behaviors . Definition of unsafe behavior: Unsafe behavior is disobeying an accepted safe method of doing work, which can lead to an accident. In other words, not following the rules, procedures, and standard safety instructions by a person is considered unsafe behavior. Timepoint: Before, after and 6 months after intervention. Method of measurement: Checklist for checking safe behaviors.;The average level of cortisol hormone in the blood. Timepoint: Before, after and 6 months after intervention. Method of measurement: A blood test for the level of the hormone cortisol in the blood.;Occupational stress score?Definition of occupational stress: According to the definition of the World Health Organization, occupational stress is a psychological state that people face when they do not have enough knowledge and ability to deal with work demands and pressures. Definition of stress management: It is a set of skills that includes different strategies to deal with stress. Some of these strategies are related to the control of physiological states (relaxation, meditation and aerobic activity), some are related to the control of the situation (change of personal reaction or change in the work environment) and some are related to cognitive changes.
