Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1-satisfaction to participate in the study 2-lack of mental or physical illness 3-No history of attending similar training classes with the aim of the present study 4-Having the ability to read and write and use the Internet and cyberspace 5-Infant with stable status and no dependence on the ventilator 6-Lack of CNS disorders in the infant based on documents in the infant's medical record 7-Possibility of intestinal nutrition for the infant 8-Ability of the mother to take care of the child 10-At least two days have passed since the infant was admitted to the intensive care unit

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1-Unwillingness to continue attending the study 2- Taking depression and psychotic drugs 3- Maternal hospitalization and lack of care for the baby
