Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: PCOS patients Normal Sperm analysis Age 20 to 40 years BMI=28-32, BMI <28 Kg/m2 Normal uterine on hysterosalpingography or sonography History of unsuccessful IVF
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Active infection Active cancer Chronic multi-organ failure Diabetes Pregnancy Previous member link Patients with positive diagnosis of hepatitis A, B, C and HIV Abnormal uterine shape on hysterosalpingography or hysteroscopy Blood or immunological diseases Chromosomal and genetic abnormalities (acquired or congenital) Successful pregnancy history Cushing's syndrome Uncontrolled thyroid dysfunction (hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism)
