Intervention 1: Intervention group :Intrauterine injection of 0.5 cc of autologous platelet-rich plasma (with a platelet concentration 4 to 6 times higher than peripheral blood) using an IUI catheter

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient has had two or more failures in the process of new assisted reproductive technologies. Women undergoing ICSI cycles with frozen embryo transfer. Age 20 to 40 years. Endometrium with a minimum thickness of 7 millimeters at the time of embryo transfer preparation. Informed consent for participation in the study from the patient and spouse.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The presence of uterine abnormalities (such as large fibroids, polyps, uterine septum). Uncontrolled chronic systemic diseases (such as diabetes, high blood pressure). Blood or immunological diseases History of allergy or sensitivity to plasma products. Use of anticoagulant medications or bleeding disorders.

MeasureTime frame
Clinical pregnancy event. Timepoint: 14 days after embryo transfer. Method of measurement: Serum ß-hCG blood test.
