Inclusion criteria: Age between 8 and 14 yearst Mild asthma Desiring of the subject and parents to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Older and younger ages Severe or moderate asthma Severe asthma attacks Scoliosis orthopedic problems
