Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: Normal vaginal delivery; Apgar score >8; Body Wt. > 2500 gr.; Spo2 >95%; No use of any analgesic 6- 8 hrs. prior to sampling; No sign of respiratory distress. Exclusion criteria: Failure of blood sampling at first attempt; Use of any analgesic or anticonvalsant; Cardiorespiratory instability;
