Intervention 1: Intervention group: Children will receive Risperidone and 2 Capsules of omega-3 in the first group.The patient will receive a total of 670 mg of omega-3 daily. Intervention 2: Control

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 6-15 years old Receiving written informed consent from patients Diagnosis of ADHD is based on K_SADS by the psychiatrist No other psychiatric disorders Lack of mental retardation Do not have a history of heart disease NO drug allergy No history of seizure
