Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients undergoing elective surgery in Al-Zahra Hospital, aged between 18 and 60, under general anesthesia, are physically inactive except for ASA I and II, as well as alcohol and drug addiction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A history of allergy Block grade 3 Asthma Heart failure History of myocardial infarction in the last six months Ischemic Heart Disease Taking TCA Taking MAOI Fever Obesity (BMI greater than 27) Neurological diseases respiratory diseases

Heart rate. Timepoint: Before the intervention, and then after the intervention, one, three, five, ten minutes after the intubation and then at 60 and 120 minutes after induction of anesthesia. Method of measurement: Pulse oximetry device.;Median arterial blood pressure.
