Intervention 1: In intervention group a corrugated drain will be inserted underneath hepatic space end of the operation. Intervention 2: In control group drain will not be inserted underneath hepatic

In intervention group a corrugated drain will be inserted underneath hepatic space end of the operation.
In control group drain will not be inserted underneath hepatic space end of the operation.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: • Patients with biliary colic • Patients who are candidate for laparoscopic cholecystectomy • Patients who don’t have history of shoulder surgery • No addiction to any opioid substances Exclusive criteria: • Converting laparoscopic cholecystectomy into open cholecystectomy • Patients we have to insert drain due to findings during operation • Patients who receive more analgesics drugs than definitive amount • Patients with acute cholecystitis

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Severity. Timepoint: At times 6, 12, 24 and 48 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: Visual Analogue Scale.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Decrease using of analgesics. Timepoint: During patient hospitalization. Method of measurement: Record numbers of used analgesics.
