Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: At least two years experience in sports The presence of trigger point in the gastrocnemius muscle Have a normal BMI

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having a history of fracture and surgery in the lower extremities and spine Achilles tendinopathy Having any rheumatic and skin problems Alcohol and Cigarette Addiction. Lumbago and radiculopathy fibromyalgia syndrome

Pain. Timepoint: pre and post intervention. Method of measurement: 100-milimeters numbering pain rating scale.;Performance. Timepoint: pre and post intervention. Method of measurement: Jump height test.
