Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: general health Age range between 16- 25 Having at least 1 year activity in volley ball, basketball or handball team

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of ligamentum or meniscus injury or fracture in lower limb Taking neurological drugs ??Any abnormality in lower limb History of cardiovascular and neurological disease.

Jump height. Timepoint: Before intervention, after first and seventh session and after a week of seventh session. Method of measurement: Motion analysis system with 6 cameras.;Displacement of lower limb joints. Timepoint: Before intervention, after first and seventh session and after a week of seventh session.
