Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: people aged 18-45 who had chronic nonspecific low back pain lasting more than 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnancy spinal tumor infection or fracture infectious autoimmune disease, vascular, endocrine, metabolic or neoplastic systemic disease fibromyalgia horsetail syndrome previous spinal surgery or musculoskeletal injuries of the lower extremities previous experience In the field of myofascial treatment or history of rehabilitation treatment for low back pain during the last two months
