Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Elective surgeries? tend for children and their parents to participate in the study. Exclusion criteria: presence of mental retardation in child? a history of previous surgery child? children with anxiety and phobias is known? severe pain before intervention based on criteria FACES? non-cooperation the parents? parents working in hospitals? history of chronic disease in children.
