Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: At least a bachelor's degree of nursing; Consent to participate in research (to have informed consent); Have at least two years of experience in nursing. Exclusion criteria: Having a physical or mental problems that cause problems in intervention; Attending a training course in the past or present.
