In the control group, the mentioned procedure is done through sham treatment, in which the pressure does not cause ischemic condition for the arm (60 mmHg pressure for two min).

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: aged 30 to 60 years; at least 5 years duration of diabetes; HbA1c <10% exclusion criteria: non-severe hypertension (BP=160 / 90 mmHg); non-severe hyperlipidemia (TG=400mg / dl and / or Total Cholesterol=500mg / d
