Intervention 1: Intervention 1: for the 1nd group, training is carried out by designed multimedia (text, film with sound and animation) with the training content similar to the 2st group. Intervention
for the 1st group, training is done in the form of lecture. Training as a 6 h workshop using PowerPoint and whiteboard by the lecturer.

Intervention 2, Control: a group of the nurses participating in pre-test and randomly put in two groups

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1) nursing postgraduate degree ;2) working in pediatric ward;3) minimum 6 month working record in the wards ;4) willing to participate in the study;5) familiarity with computer and multimedia CS use ;6) accessing computer at home and workplace . The inclusion criteria: 1) reluctant to keep participating in the study.
