Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Nurses aged 20-50 years old; having a bachelor's degree in nursing; circular shifting work; working in hospital at least for 6 months; not participating in similar workshop in the last 6 months; patients aged 18-80 years old; hospitalization at least for 48 hours ;consciousness ; ability and tendency to respond; completion of written informed consent. Exclusion criteria: Not tending to continue to participate in the study; incomplete returned questionnaires; not appropriate participation in education sessions.
