Intervention group 1: The multimedia education group will receive a CD containing training education material (based on CDC training protocol 10-13) that is designed by researchers and produced by IT
Intervention group 2: This group receive training education material (based on CDC training protocol 10-13 ) during a two-day workshop (4 hours in each day) by researchers.

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: Medical interns of Bushehr University of Medical Sciences during 1394 to 1395. Exclusion Criteria: Invitee students at the time of study: student disinclination for study participation.
