In the control group: routine treatment of bedsore including normal saline and Comfeel ulcer dressing locally twice a day during 28 days.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: patients with bedsore on different parts of body; Men or women aged 18 years or older; patients who have not used immunosuppressive drugs; not having chronic skin disorder. Exclusion criteria: less than 7 days hospitalization; underlying disease which interferes with wound healing such as diabetes; having vascular disease such as Burger Syndrome; allergic symptoms during applying traditional; patient and family noncooperation .

Healing of the bedsore. Timepoint: on days 0, 7, 14, 21, 28. Method of measurement: Pressure Ulcer Scale for Healing questionnaire (PUSH).
