Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Noli Par women BMI below 30, Absence of diabetes Do not take immunosuppressive drugs No malignancy, Absence of acute infection inside the pelvis Do not take aspirin NSAIDs seventy-two hours before delivery Absence of blood and platelet disorders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: fever chorioamnionitis laceration grade 3&4 intestinal or bladder complication during surgery
