Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: 47-55 year-old Women; natural menopause; discontinuation of menstruation for at least one year; no history of use of hormones in the past six months; being literate; being married. Exclusion Criteria: were not willing to participate or continue the study; incomplete answers to questions in the questionnaires; having a history of hysterectomy; Absenteeism more than one session In the experimental group meetings.
