Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for nurses: at least 1 year experience working in the neonatal intensive care unit; having a bachelor's degree; signing informed consent form; not attending in infants developmental positions course. Inclusion criterion infants: preterm infants with gestational age 36-28 weeks. Exclusion criteria: unwillingness to cooperate during the study.
