Intervention 1: The training intervention was applied in 8 sessions, each 45-30 min in small 5-12 member groups. Intervention 2: The control group received routine care.

18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: mild or moderate nausea and vomiting; gestational age between 6 to 22; Having reading and writing ability ; Participation in the study. Exclusion criteria: Having other disease during pregnancy ; Intention to terminate the pregnancy; Use anti-nausea drug treatments during last week ; Pregnancy after fertility treatment; Known mental illness; Severe adverse events such as death of family member ; severe financial problems;being divorced; academic failure during the last 3 months; Symptoms of threatened abortion; Ectopic pregnancy and mole; Having gastrointestinal diseases such as gastritis; having certain diseases such as pyelonephritis and acute appendicitis surgery; Having febrile illness like the flu; the use of tobacco and drugs; absence of more than two sessions
