Intervention 1: In intervention group will perform 4 educational intervention sessions for 45 minutes using lecturing method -question answer method - brainstorming -focus group discussion- slides

In intervention group will perform 4 educational intervention sessions for 45 minutes using lecturing method -question answer method - brainstorming -focus group discussion- slideshows.
in the control group received no intervention by the researcher.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: inclusion criteria:Workers living in the city of Rasht is the risk associated with hepatitis B, in other words, many people may be blood on your job characteristics or other body fluids of infected persons concerned that the virus that causes hepatitis, such as doctors, dentists, midwives,laboratory workers,police men,barbers and other workers who because of their profession are at risk for this infection and vaccination to come to 6 health centers in Rasht . exclusion criteria:Gossip more than once in training sessions;exodus of Rasht; changing job
