Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Participants must be 15 to 50 years old? all disability type except Quadriplegic? unemployment? under diploma at least?non psychotic disorders (controlled medical case) Exclusion criteria: Absence of two_third of intervention sessions? discharge from center?Unwillingness to cooperate in study
