Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Post section women Minimum reading and writing skills Having a mobile phone, Having no history of chronic systemic, Cardiac,Pulmonary diseases, Coagulation disorders and anemia and Suffusion, connective tissue disorders Living in ShahreKord Normal BMI No pre-eclampsia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Preterm birth Following a special diet Having pre eclampsia Unwillingness to continue participating in the study of postpartum Psychological problems
