Intervention 1: In the first two months Group A: One hundred ml of pomegranate juice
immediately after each dialysis session , three times a week for two months Group B: usual care in hemodialysis patients. Intervention 2: In the second Group B: One hundred ml of pomegranate juice
immediately after each dialysis session , three times a week for two months Group A: usual care in hemodialysis patients.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria : patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment for more than 3 months , patients with ESRD undergoing hemodialysis three times a week for at least 90 days ; age 18 to 65 years, life expectancy greater than one year ; potassium level less than 5 mEq / L ;Let your doctor , informed consent to participate in the study Non- inclusion criteria : AIDS, cancer activist , has a digestive disorder that requires nutritional support preparations ; poor adherence to hemodialysis or drugs ;Kidney transplant less than 6 months ; taking antioxidant supplements such as vitamins E and C during one month prior to the study , the use of Vnvfr at least two weeks before the start of the study , patients hospitalized for more than 5 days in a month before registration; a history of thrombosis,Coronary artery bypass surgery and stroke in patients with acute infections or inflammatory disease ; patients who are pregnant or who plan to become pregnant during the study period . Exclusion criteria : lack of pomegranate juice consumption by more than 3 days a month ; change the pressure medications and cholesterol ; non-compliance with dietary recommendations , hospitalization for more than 5 days in a month ; the loss of the conditions of entry to study
