Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: patients with a minimum age of 12 years old suffering from thalassemia major in thalassemia treatment center in Bushehr, Iran with medical records and the ability to complete the questionnaire and also have a desire to participate in the study. Exclusion criteria: the psychological profile of the treated disease or other chronic disease thalassemia in addition to the obstacle of the samples used in the study. Lack of sample firms in more than two sessions of group therapy counseling.
