Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: bachelor of nursing or higher degree? to have at least one month work experience ? no participation in ethical code education courses. Exclusion criteria: more than two sessions absence in group reflection? no participation in pre-test or post-test.
