Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Body Mass Index over than 25 kg/m2 Willing to participate in the study Having at least one of the cardiovascular risk factors (diabetes, elevated blood pressure, hyperlipidemia) Age between 35 to 75 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Regular consumption of nuts more than 50 grams in a week Regular consumption (more than once in a week) vitamin and minerals supplements during past month Having chronic kidney disease
