Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy young persons (without previous history of diabetes mellitus, liver disease, renal disease)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons on medications -consistent multivitamin use in previous week

Plasma inflammatory cytokines. Timepoint: 4 hours after test meal consumption. Method of measurement: Elisa.
