Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: diabetes type II; age 25-45 years; having an Android-based smartphone; having at least a high school education. Exclusion criteria: history of heart disease; liver disease; kidney disease; anemia, patients who require hospitalization; Patients taking medication during the study changed.
