Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 25-65 with pain caused by sciatic nerve compression
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patients with other inflammations in any other part of the body Diabetic patients pregnant or Lactating women coagulopathic patients Patients with all kinds of physical and mental disabilities Patients who definitely need surgery based on the neurosurgeon's diagnosis
