Inclusion criteria: inclusion criteria:electrodiagnostic findings regarding Carpal Tunnel Syndrome ; patient unwilling to perform surgery exclusion criteria: neuropathy or an old nerve injury; mental disorder ; dissatisfaction to fill consent paper
