Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: singleton pregnancy; no cerclage; intact membranes; cervical length = 25mm. Exclusion criteria: chorioamniotic Infectious; rupture of membranes; patients with cardiomyopathy; evidence of fetal growth retardation; sonographic evidence of congenital anomalies inconsistent with life.
