Inclusion criteria: Patients with diabetic nephropathy Aged 40 to 85 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Alterations in antidiabetic medication doses during the study Consumption of any nutritional supplements within 3 months Subjects with uncontrolled diabetes Pregnant women
