Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Reading and writing literacy Married with a history of sexual activity in the past six months Not pregnant or breastfeeding at the time of study Ages between 18 and 45 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Self-reported underlying diseases affecting sexual function Taking medications that affect sexual function Self-reported sexual impotence in the spouse Experiencing severe stressful events at least in the past three months (death of a loved one) Previous or current history of breast and cervical cancer Unwillingness to continue the study

MeasureTime frame
Sexual self-care. Timepoint: Before intervention, immediately after the intervention, and 4 weeks after intervention. Method of measurement: Sexual Self-Care Questionnaire by Yazdani et al.

Participants' satisfaction with the educational intervention. Timepoint: After intervention. Method of measurement: Researcher-made questionnaire.
