Inclusion criteria: Iranian nationality Fluency in Persian Be part of a vulnerable group of women Literacy for reading and writing Has a smartphone and the ability to use it
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: women with acute psychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia (Inserted in the health record)
