Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: all patients with chronic chalazion which unresponsive to medical treatment. Exclusion criteria: patients with chalazia which have atypical features, concurrent eyelid infection, multiple chalazia on one eyelid, history of previous treatment by TA or I and C
