The second group 100mg diclofenac orally with 100 cc water 30 minutes before induction.
Control group receive placebo capsules containing starch with 100 cc water 30 minutes before induction.
The first group recieve 300mg gabapentin orally with 100 cc water 30 minutes before induction.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria:Candidate for dacryocystorhinostomy surgery under general anesthesia; Age between 20-70 years old; Body mass index between 20-30; patients satisfaction; ability to answer the questions. Exclusion criteria: psychosis; Alzheimer; cognitive disorders; Addiction to alcohol or drugs; Pregnancy; Renal and gastrointestinal disorders; diabets.

MeasureTime frame
Postoperative pain. Timepoint: at 60, 120, 180 and 240 minutes after admission to recovery. Method of measurement: Visual analogue scale.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Pethidine usage. Timepoint: 240 minutes after admission to recovery. Method of measurement: milligrams.
