Intervention 1: Intervention group: consumption of 150ml pomegranate juice in six weeks. Intervention 2: Control group:consumption of 150ml placebo in six weeks
placebo is a drink with pomegranate essence and same sugar , color and other qualities as pomegranate juice.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: all girl Kerman medical university students live in dormitory who have premenstrual syndrome
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: being married having irregular menstrual cycle excessive physical activity
